These are the really old newsletters, beginning in 1970 with the early days of the Otty Lake Pollution Control Committee. Newsletters have been scanned from paper copies so aren’t the best quality.  Beside each date is the first story in that issue (other than AGM or Executive notices.)  Issues from 1990 to 1996 will be scanned as time allows!
